Our 4-part discussion series, “Blue Zones "A 4 week plan to a longer, better life" this series is aimed at those who hope to understand the concepts of longevity and healthier living while integrating these practices into their daily lives. The disscussion group will run from 6-7pm on November 7,14,21,28.
This Series is based on the book "Blue Zones Challenge" by Dan Buettner and the Netflix docuseries "Live to be 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones," each session will provide you with lifestyles, habits, and routines currently practiced in the five 'Blue Zones’ regions where people live longer, healthier lives. Additionally, we'll explore traditional foods from the Blue Zones through tasting sessions held in each class module. A $25 material fee apllies to the cost the cost of the book and other materials.
