Hot Pesto with Cheese

traditional pesto, swiss cheese or original chao cheese (Vegan), fresh tomato and spinach.

Turkey/Tofurky with cheese

Classic Reuben

Corned beef or seitan bacon (vegan), sauerkraut, house-made thousand island dressing, swiss cheese or original chao cheese (vegan)

Double Decker Grilled Cheese

Swiss cheese with cheddar cheese or tomato chao and original chao cheese and fresh tomatoes.

Our signature wraps are made with organic wheat tortillas by Maria Ricardo and are loaded with fresh, organic veggies and antibiotic-free meats.

Chicken Caesar Wrap

Antibiotic-free chicken, Brianna’s Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, sea salt, black pepper, and fresh green leaf lettuce, red onion, and Roma tomatoes.

Turkey Club Wrap

Antibiotic-free turkey breast, Beeler’s bacon, parmesan cheese, fresh Roma tomatoes, red onions, fresh green leaf lettuce, sea salt, black pepper, and Organic Valley cheddar cheese.

Three Chicas Wrap

BBQ Tempeh Wrap

Seared Tempeh simmered in Triple Crown BBQ sauce with garlic and jalapenos on a bed of fresh red bell peppers, cucumbers, and green leaf lettuce.

Chicken Rosemary Wrap

Antibiotic-free chicken, lettuce, green onion, sliced almonds, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, rosemary.

SALAD BARSalad BarOur salad bar features fresh organic vegetables and some of our homemade salads.

Here’s what you will find on our salad bar:

  • Fresh veggies (usually always tomato, carrot, onion, cucumbers, and then we throw in peppers beets squash… just depends on the day)
  • Fresh and dried fruits
